2nd driver

One additional driver service is free of charge. Additional driver must meet the same requirements as the main driver:

minimum age and driving expierience;

provide a valid driver's license and a valid identification card or passport.

Car insurance applies only to drivers referred in the rental agreement.

The second additional driver for under 19 LTL (6 EUR) with VAT per day fee.

500 km mileage/day

We apply mileage restriction for rented cars.

During the day, you can drive from 250km to 500 km. Every additional kilometer is subject to a tax from 0,09 EUR to 0,15 EUR

For long-term car rental we apply 3000 km/month restriction.

VAT

Rental Services price is calculated based on vehicle and additional equipment rental rate and the number of rental days. Return of the car can be delayed for one hour, later - calculates an extra day.

We are responsible company, which takes all the necessary precautions and ensure that the rented cars would be without mechanical damage or defects, however on the roads happen the most unexpected situations, so we ensure that you get necessary help on time.

We take care of our clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Technical assitance on the road ensure peace of mind and worry-free trip.

•Small repair, troubleshooting services on site;

• Vehicles transporting after the complex failure or traffic accident;

• Surrogate vehicle;

• Drivers and passengers return to permanent residence in Lithuania;

• Intermediation services by telephone, in confusion with foreign police or other agencies;

Delivery outside of Vilnius

Car delivery/return in Vilnius city at working hours (Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:00) cost 9 EUR.

Also you can take/return a car at working hours in our office (Savanorių pr. 1 (7th floor), Vilnius) for free.

We offer night delivery:

We offer night delivery (non-working hours: Monday-Friday 18:00- 09:00 and weekends) - price 17 EUR (price valids in Vilnius city)

Rented car we also can deliver and return in your preferred location for additional charge through all Lithuania. More information

Night delivery

For our clients we offer car delivery at the night time.

For clients, who need car rental service at non-working hours (Monday-Friday 18:00-09:00 and weekends), we can deliver car to any city at any time, for additional charge.

Service price in Vilnius city - 60 LTL (17 EUR).

Also, please note, that at the summer season any car delivery at working hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00) cost 30 LTL (9 EUR).

Fuel charge

All "CaRent" vehicles are rented with a full tank.

Client has to deliver rented vehicle with a full tank, otherwise we will charge lessee with 2 EUR for each lacking liter, but not less than 23 EUR (with VAT).

Exceeding of mileage

We apply mileage restriction for rented cars.

Compensation for damage

In case of theft lessee is responsible for vehicle documents and keys. Failure to return the documents and / or car keys have to pay a fine. 10% of the car value.

• Lessees without notice and agreement with "Carent" concerning the delay to return the vehicle, it is applying penalties specified in the contract.

• Lessor breakage or damage to the car, rental money for the unused days will not be returned.

• If the landlord for the lessee's fault or damage of the car has come to the car's location, it is applying fixed contract rates

Young driver service

In our car rental terms are set strict limits for drivers because of their age and driving experience requirement, but even those drivers who do not meet the permitted age and/or driving record requirements, have the opportunity to rent selected car class. Young driver should pay an additional charge.

*Drivers, who do not meet the minimum requirements, can not rent chosen class car.

Empty tank service

For clients, who save their time, we offer an ability to return car with an empty fuel tank . Customer, who purchase this service do not need to fill a full fuel tank before returning the car.
